DescriptionAs your career develops and changes, you will encounter many challenging decisions to make. Are you debating whether you are ready to move from practitioner to manager? Does it feel like a management position is the only way to grow? In this panel we will share our perspectives on choosing to remain a practitioner or making the move to management. We will discuss timing, skills, challenges, and rewards. While sharing insights from our varied experiences, we will facilitate a discussion with the audience via Sli.do. For students we hope to give insight into the world of industry and for the practitioner, we aim to provide real-world experiences and relevant insights for career growth.
