Ashley Hughes is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Research Health Scientist at the Edward Hines JR VA Medical Center. Her doctorate is in Applied Experimental Human Factors Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on teamwork within care coordination, with an interest in reducing disparities in health outcomes.
