Heejin Jeong is an Assistant Professor of Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. His research focuses on developing human behavior models based on experimental/physiological data and cognitive processing theories. He also develops experimental prototypes and tools to validate the usability and effectiveness of models.
