Thomas A. Stokes, PhD, is a Lead UX Research Consultant at UserZoom. In this role, he works with a variety of stakeholders (e.g., product owners, marketing leads, designers, etc.) from assorted industries (e.g., Fintech, telecom, consumer software, enterprise SaaS, etc.) to develop UX research solutions and programs that fulfill business goals and maximize the impact of insights. Thomas will share how he uses knowledge about stakeholders to tailor research proposals and deliverables.
