Dr. Martijn IJtsma is an assistant professor in the Department of Integrated Systems Engineering at the Ohio State University. He received a BSc and MSc in aerospace engineering from the Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands, and a Ph.D. degree in aerospace engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Martijn’s research interests include modeling of human-automation/robot teaming, designing for adaptation and coordination in complex work systems, and cognitive systems engineering.
