Biography
Kristen Schmidt is a third-year student in the Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Central Florida. She works with Dr. Valerie Sims in the Applied Cognition and Technology lab with research on topics such as usability in controller design, perceived control, human-animal interaction, and anthropomorphism. She received her Bachelor's in 2019 with a dual major in Psychology and English at Binghamton University.
