I am a third year PhD student in the Cognitive Systems Engineering Lab at The Ohio State University. My research interests are focused in exploring safety and resilience engineering in complex socio-technical systems, as well as in team dynamics, decision-making, human performance, safety management, and organizational culture. As a Registered Nurse, my lived experiences and expertise in healthcare delivery across the care continuum inspire me to make connections across industries to foster creativity and learning potential.
