Biography
Natalie Buda Smith is Chief of Design the Library of Congress, with over 30 (yikes!) years of experience in product design and development. She works with extended product teams and partners to improve the effectiveness, usability, accessibility, and enjoy-ability of the Library's digital products. She is engaged throughout the entire lifecycle, from user research, ideation, detailed design, development, quality assurance, and ongoing product improvements. The Library of Congress serves millions daily in their pursuit of researching our rich cultural archives at www.loc.gov, understanding the U.S. government through www.congress.gov, and serving our nation's creative communities through Copyright services at www.copyright.gov.
